Net Zero Carbon - Business Lite Certification
We all want to help reduce the impacts of climate change. Understanding the carbon impact of your business is an important place to start. There are three options for using this calculator:
OPTION 1: MEASURE FOR FREE!
Measure in order to understand your emission hotspots and start working out how best to make reductions. There is no fee for using the calculator to estimate your carbon footprint.
You will receive a summary of your carbon footprint.
OPTION 2: CARBON FRIENDLY CERTIFICATE
Measure AND Offset your carbon footprint. In addition to the above, if you elect to offset your carbon footprint (without Ekos verification) there will be a $250+GST (NZD) administration fee which covers the costs associated with retiring the credits.
You will receive a Carbon Friendly certificate. This option does not include logos.
OPTION 3: NET ZERO CARBON BUSINESS LITE CERTIFICATION
Measure AND Verify AND Offset your carbon footprint to receive Net Zero Carbon Business Lite certification*. There is a $700+GST (NZD) fee for an Ekos verification review of your data. You will also need to offset 100% of the measured result (and pay the $250 administration fee as per Option 2^).
You will receive a measurement report, verification, Net Zero Carbon Business Lite certificate and logos.

*To know whether you are eligible for Net Zero Carbon Business Lite certification, you will need to complete the online calculator (below) to estimate your carbon footprint.
You can download the ‘Business Lite Calculator Verification form’ (click here for link) at any time to help you with data collection.

You do not meet the required criteria for Net Zero Carbon Business Lite certification.
You want to offset your carbon footprint with carbon credits from a specific project.
You want Net Zero Carbon or Climate Positive Business Operations certification.
